From room boxes (single room) to larger structures like miniature buildings with multiple rooms, all projects are welcome.
We enjoy creating classical or historical architecture as well as modern ones.
Houses can be a combination of a classical building with contemporary interiors or they could be an exact copy of a client house. We put no limit to our client's imagination and desires.
We usually work in the standard dollhouse scale 1:12 and Play scale 1:6 but we can work on any scale needed.

Our dollhouses and furnishings are made for adult collectors and are not children’s toys.

Later this year we will be launching a new line of dollhouses and accessories designed especially for children.
The prices for dollhouses are calculated by the size, amount of rooms, and complexity of the decoration style. Below is a general guide to the prices.
Houses with 2 floors and 2 rooms are priced between:

For the protection of the client and ours, we require a contract to begin any project.
Using pictures and videos we will constantly keep the client informed of the progress of their commissioned piece.
For room-boxes, the price must be paid in full to start the project.
For Dollhouses, we require a 50% deposit to begin the project. A the time of completion the other 50% must be deposited to arrange the delivery.
Shipping fees are paid separately and are calculated according to the size of the piece and final destination.
We do our best to provide our clients with the best shipping fees possible. All customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

ROOM BOXES
Any of these room boxes can be made in any style.
The client must send us reference pictures of the style they want and we will decorate the interior of the room-box according to those images.
There is no limit to the number of details required to do the desired style. Prices are based on the size of the room box and not the complexity of the interior decoration.
Furniture like chairs, sofas, or tables matching the style of the room can also be created if required by the client and are charged separately.

DOLLHOUSES

Before accepting the remaining 50% we will make sure the client is satisfied with the final product. We will send pictures and videos of the piece and if everything is ok, the client can proceed to pay the last 50%. Immediately after we will arrange the shipping.
If the client cancels the order at any stage before completion of the commissioned piece, we retain the initial 50%.
Because of the time-consuming nature of miniatures making the final commissioned piece required several weeks to be made.
Depending on the size and complexity of the design, our dollhouses and room boxes may take from 8 weeks up to a year to be ready for shipping.
If the client, for any reason needs a faster delivery please contact us with your requirements and we will try to find a solution.
If the client cancels the order at any stage before completion of the commissioned piece, we retain the initial 50%.
